Nestled within a coniferous forest renowned for its healing properties, ROOMS Abastumani will breathe new life into the historic Arazindo Sanatorium, nearly 100 years after it first opened in 1924. The hotel will feature 76 guest rooms, versatile conference and meeting spaces, and a restaurant and bar offering Adjara Group’s signature culinary experience. With a strong focus on wellness, it will provide facilities and programs designed to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Originally built in the 1930s and now recognized as a cultural heritage monument, the Kutaisi Silk Factory was acquired by Adjara Group in 2021.
