Rooms Abastumani
Nestled within a coniferous forest renowned for its healing properties, ROOMS Abastumani will breathe new life into the historic Arazindo Sanatorium, nearly 100 years after it first opened in 1924. The hotel will feature 76 guest rooms, versatile conference and meeting spaces, and a restaurant and bar offering Adjara Group’s signature culinary experience. With a strong focus on wellness, it will provide facilities and programs designed to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Kutaisi Silk Factory
Originally built in the 1930s and now recognized as a cultural heritage monument, the Kutaisi Silk Factory was acquired by Adjara Group in 2021. The revitalization plan includes transforming the historic building into a 37-room hotel, along with dining facilities and inviting communal spaces, breathing new life into this iconic site.
Ninoshvili Bazaar
The former Ninoshvili Bazaar is evolving into a multifunctional recreational hub. Currently home to 9 padel courts operated by Gym Breeze, the site will soon include a modern fitness center, swimming pool, healthy dining options, landscaped park, and additional leisure areas, creating a vibrant space for wellness and community engagement.
Pandora Village
Pandora Village, part of the Udabno region, is set within Europe’s largest regenerative agriculture project. Closely connected to the Udabno Caravan hospitality hub, it will offer guests immersive artisanal experiences—from working in a clay lab to participating in cheese making and other traditional crafts—while promoting sustainability and community-driven development.
Rustavi Fire Station
Set to become a creative incubator in Rustavi, this project will transform an old industrial fire station into a hub for artistic talent and innovation. The space will support professional training, foster local and international collaboration, and facilitate new projects in music production and distribution.
Sports Palace
The transformation of the Tbilisi Sports Palace and its surrounding grounds will create a new community-focused recreational space in the heart of the city. Existing parking areas will be replaced by green zones and a public park, while open-air sports facilities will be introduced and made accessible to the public by the end of 2025. The main building will undergo a full renovation with modern technologies integrated, preserving its legacy as a hub for sporting events while expanding into a multifunctional venue for concerts, festivals, exhibitions, and conferences.
